At our farm, we grow a variety of olive trees known for their low acidity and fruity, slightly bitter, and spicy taste. Our olives are hand-picked at the perfect ripeness, ensuring maximum freshness and flavor, and cold-pressed on the same day to preserve the high-quality of our olive oil. Our oil is naturally rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals making it not only delicious but also beneficial for your health.

Virgin olive oil is made from the fruit of the olive tree. The process of making olive oil involves harvesting the olives, washing them to remove any dirt or debris, and then crushing them to release the juice. The juice is then centrifuged or pressed to separate the oil from the water and other solid particles. The resulting oil is then filtered to remove any remaining impurities. The oil can be further refined to remove any remaining impurities and to improve its taste and color. Some olive oils are also blended with other oils to create different flavor profiles. The final product is then bottled and sold as olive oil.
